- IQIsrael QuiñonesNov 8, 20251.0Although I appreciate the staffs efforts to try and fulfill the delivery my problem is with EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS themselves. I placed an order which said all items were available and that it would be delivered by or before the time the business closes (order placed at 12pm for items IN STOCK and the recipient closes at 3pm, which gives them 4 hours to prepare and fulfill an order from Beaumont to port arthur) I paid over 100 dollars and when I call for an update the delivery driver had already left 30 minutes prior to me ordering. WHY ISNT THERE A POSTED SCHEDULE ON THE WEBSITE LETTING THE CUSTOMER KNOW OF ANY CUTOFF TIMES?! I was upset as I was told my order would possibly not be fulfilled we were at the mercy of the driver to arrive back in order to go back out to port arthur. After waiting until 2:30 pm and not hearing anything back I call to check the status. They say they can't fulfill my order and will have to deliver to the person's home address. It was supposed to be a surprise, now I have to call the person and ask them for their address and ruin the entire surprise? I cancelled my order because when I asked the recipient for their home address I was bombarded with curiosity questions (obviously) and the surprise and special occasion has been ruined thanks to the miscommunication and lack of scheduling posted on the website. The sign states they close at 7 but when i walked in at 5:35pm she was fast to inform she closes at 6pm. I asked for a 6 piece arrangement and she totally ignored me and played with her nails than her phone. When i asked if she heard me she rolled her eyes and stated it would take her 30 min to do but sorry since she would close soon. Having a business myself i pray non of employees behave as she did. 0 for stars
