I decided to go with them because they offer same-day resizing, and I needed my engagement ring resized. I was very nervous about leaving my ring at other stores for two weeks or more. This was my first time coming here, and I was quoted a fair price for the resize. They were close to closing when I first brought the ring in, and the lady kindly offered to let me leave it overnight and have it done the next day. I wasn’t comfortable leaving my ring overnight, so we decided my fiancé would bring it in early the next morning instead. He dropped it off early the next day, paid for the resize, and we were told it would be ready by 5 PM. When we came to pick it up at 5, we stood there for about 8–10 minutes while they tried to locate my ring. No one seemed to know where it was, which caused me a lot of anxiety, especially since I was already nervous about leaving it in the first place. Eventually, after asking multiple employees, they found it in the back. After we left, I received a call saying we still owed $180. I asked if this was in addition to what we already paid, and they said no that it hadn’t been paid for. My fiancé had already paid that morning, so he went back in. They called the employee who helped him earlier, confirmed the payment, and then offered a free cleaning service, which was a nice gesture. While everyone was kind, the experience felt very unorganized. Unfortunately, because of that, I wouldn’t feel comfortable trusting them with my ring again, even for a cleaning.
