Came back to get it reappraised and to sell. Lady took one look and said no because it was too small. I don’t think her choice of words was very polite and she didn’t even bother to reappraise the ring for me. She was not welcoming, wouldn’t even acknowledge my presence when the guy who works there introduced me to her. I am not impressed with their customer service. Even if they deny buying the ring- she could have gone about it in a less embarrassing manner.

Looks just like the day I was married. They charged a reasonable price and took no time in getting the job done. Two days ago, I took a gifted Rolex to them to add a link for proper fit (usually I would do that, but being that this is the most expensive item besides my vehicles and home, I trusted this to Alter's). I called them to ask if I could wait while this was done and they didn't hesitate in saying to "go ahead and bring it in". I showed up, was offered complimentary beverages while I waited, then, to top it off.....they didn't even charge me. They obviously cate about taking care of customers no matter the amount spent there in the past. I'll tell you what, though. I will DEFINITELY choose to do business with them next time I make a jewelry purchase. My 25th wedding anniversary is approaching!! Kudos, Alter's, you've made a new, loyal customer. Happy Thanksgiving!!
