- RBrodney bellMar 20, 20261.0Horrible customer service and communication. I ordered my daughter a strawberry bouquet with a gold #1 and #3 balloon for her birthday. I placed the order a week prior for delivery to her school on her birthday. The driver called me and advised she had dropped off the bouquet at the school but they did not have the balloons and would issue me a refund. They should have told me prior or even the day of they didn't have the balloons. I could have at least ordered something different or cancelled the order. I'm currently in the process of filing a corporate complaint. This is a lack of professionalism and bad business in general.

Edible Arrangements claimed they rang the doorbell and tried to call. Did not!!! Promised delivery the following morning by 11:30am on first delivery run. Did not happen! Called again. Got the run around. Manager denied all the assurances her staff made to us! Basically, told us âtough luckâ. Said we could come pick it up. We live 150 miles away! Asked for a refund and were told not possible and to have a nice Valentines Day! Beware if you do business with these people!
