- EDEarl DawsonOct 5, 20251.0really can’t believe the service I got. This was unlike the last 2 times I’ve been there. It was terrible. I went to get my hand chain repaired. Come to find out the price was raise which is fine. Then I was told I had to wait a week, although last time I’ve been there it was fix that day. Less than 10 minutes. To get same day service would be an additional 30 dollars. That’s fine I would pay, I just wanted my chain repaired. I was told they would call me, I had to call them after I saw 4 hours past. They say it’s almost done and I can come pick it up now. Come to find out it was in worse condition now from when I left it with them. The link was repaired yes but now the clip was broken. My wife ask why is like that. I kid you not they said. Oh we didn’t work on that part. Smh really so u just going to give me a broken chain after I payed to get it fixed. I’m not going back
