RAY-BAN: Timeless style, authenticity and freedom of expression are the core values of Ray-Ban, a leader in sun and prescription eyewear for generations.
Had my glasses adjusted by Angela. She gave exquisite service. Watching her work felt like stepping back into a Renaissance sculptors studio. The way she handled the frames, careful, precise, almost reverent, like a sculptor shaping marble into something meaningful. Every adjustment was intentional.
What I walked in with was bent and slightly off, what I walked out with felt balanced, aligned, and somehow… elevated.
There’s something rare about someone who treats a small, everyday task with that level of care. It wasn’t rushed, it wasn’t mechanical, it was craft. And I could feel it.
Someone give this woman a raise.

The manager at this location, Nichol, would not accept my prescription from Mexico. Called other Ray-Ban locations and said they DO accept foreign prescriptions. Horrible staff.

AVOID! Never felt so insulted after a $300 purchase. I came in on the weekend and Kristyn (black female) made some passive aggressive unprofessional remarks that ruined my day, and the other cashier even chuckled. Cannot in good conscience keep these sunglasses. I buy a new pair every couple years and it enrages me that I was treated like this.
I’ve always purchased Raybans, now I finally have a reason to try something else. Raybans have seriously declined in quality anyways. They’re hiring any bums these days which defeats the whole in-person shopping experience.

This place is a joke. They ordered the wrong pair of glasses and wanted me to go back to fix the problem. The manager and the manager’s bosses also were no help. I haré this place.

Probably the most awkward experience I’ve had at a store in my life. Sales staff were very dismissive, and frame selection was small. The Ray-Ban store at The Domain is much better.
