  I had such a great experience at Nordstrom in Barton Creek Square, Austin Texas, all thanks to Marissa in the children’s clothing and shoes department. She was absolutely wonderful—so patient, kind, and genuinely great with kids. You can tell she truly enjoys what she does. She took her time helping us find exactly what we needed, never rushed us, and made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. Her positive attitude and warmth really stood out. It’s rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond like Marissa did. I’ll definitely be coming back specifically because of her. Nordstrom is lucky to have her

  I had a great experience today at Nordstrom in Barton Springs, and I want to specifically recognize Michael Slosky. He truly lives up to the “All Star” title on his card. I came in for a return on behalf of my girlfriend, and even though I wasn’t shopping, Michael treated the interaction with a level of professionalism, positivity, and attentiveness that really stood out. His demeanor was upbeat, genuine, and service-oriented in a way you don’t see often. Honestly, it made me wish I was there to buy something. If you’re shopping for women’s shoes, I highly recommend asking for Michael. He creates an experience, not just a transaction, and represents the Nordstrom brand at a very high level.

  Violet, Jackie, Tabitha, Neveah and Lourdes – the dream team of retail! This is my absolute favorite Nordstrom in Central Texas. The selection of men's and women's clothing is outstanding, the skincare and makeup department is superb, and the client associates here are simply the best in the business. Violet, Jackie, Tabitha, Neveah, and Lourdes consistently go above and beyond for every client – I always leave feeling genuinely cared for and beautifully styled. The alterations department is equally impressive. A truly exceptional department store experience!
