  Andrew Grant was phenomenal. I walked in with a rudimentary understanding of Rolex watches and knew a potential purchase could be intimidating. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, relatable and above all not pushing any agenda. He clearly had a passion for his craft and just wanted to make me comfortable. I left with a purchase I felt good about and an updated education on the intricacy of the Rolex brand. I will follow Andrew and his expertise wherever he goes as I continue building my Rolex collection.

  As an authorized Rolex dealer, Korean’s was my choice for servicing my watch. In many ways, it was an ordinary transaction but nothing about Rolex or Kormans is ordinary. After finding them in their new store which is beyond spectacular, I was treated with smooth, pleasant and professional clerks and the complex routine of Rolex service and cleaning was careful explained. In a shorter time than expected, my watch was returned looking like a brand new watch. There’s nothing quite like doing business with a top tier shop and I highly recommend them and encourage anyone to visit their incredible new store. It truly is other worldly.

  Here’s the reality: Buying a Rolex can feel really frustrating. Lists and wait times and expectation management and looking online and refining selection just to 3 watches and then waiting for more months. I’ve done this for years now. However, Korman has produced the best experience I have had to date. Working with Cristóbal was a really pleasant experience and we always felt respected and heard. That matters in a sales experience. Especially one of this caliber. If you go here, will you get a Rolex right away…no. But if you invest the time and work with them on what you want, there is no better place to spend your money. Got my wife a lovely Datejust recently and hope to come back for more watches from them.

  My boyfriend and I had a poor experience at another jeweler and were looking at engagement rings for the first time. We hadn’t been shown the diamond process, fitting, or any part of the experience—until we booked a last-minute appointment with Korman the same day. We are so glad we did! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. We were greeted in the lobby and offered water, chocolates, and even champagne. The showroom and bridal suite were beautiful, and the entire store is clearly well cared for. Every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, and attentive. Claire helped us throughout the appointment, and she was wonderful. She walked us through every part of the process—explaining diamond differences, showing design options, and answering all our questions. I especially appreciated how she described incorporating my grandmother’s heirloom diamond into my ring band and made the process feel easy and meaningful. We’re so excited to continue our relationship with Korman and Claire. We’ll definitely be coming back for future jewelry needs. Highly recommend Korman—professional, kind, and truly a great experience!

  I had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Emily, who helped me find both a beautiful and timeless engagement ring and wedding band for my wife, as well as a customized wedding band for myself. Cannot recommend her highly enough, she was truly a professional and willing to work with us extensively down to the last detail to make sure everything was absolutely perfect! If you are about to make a big, important purchase and you want to make sure it’s worth every penny, don’t go anywhere else — go to Korman!
