  I always end up finding something at Jcpenney whenever I go. They have a really good variety of clothes and home stuff, and the prices are usually great, especially with sakes. I like that I cab shop for different things in one place without it feeling overwhelming. It's just an easy and reliable store to come back to

  The girl at the register was on her phone. I was standing there staring at her waiting for her to get off her phone for her to greet me. Finally after 3 minutes she looked up. Usually Jcpenny cashiers asks if I am a reward member but this girl didn’t talk at all. Horrible customer service. Word of advice Get off the phone and get to work.

  Estoy disgustada y decepcionada después de que una joven en el piso de arriba en la sección de mujeres, me hiciera sentir menospreciado. Le había dicho que no quería otra tarjeta de crédito porque ya tenía demasiadas. Al principio de la transacción fue muy amable, pero después de que le dije que no a abrirla, se enojó, se puso seria conmigo y empezó a poner los ojos en blanco. Ni siquiera dobló mi ropa; simplemente la metió en una bolsa en bolas y casi me tira la bolsa en la cara. Estoy muy disgustada y no volveré después de eso; tienes que enseñarle a mantener la compostura en casa, y que cuando uno dice que no GRACIAS es NO GRACIAS.

  I was shocked by how I was treated at the jewelry store. I had several watches on the counter to choose from for a gift for my daughter-in-law. Two women kept eyeing me and asked if I was going to take any of them. I explained I was just setting them aside to decide between three options. One of them then asked what I was looking for, and I said she likes gold and silver. The woman looked at me as if I was about to steal, and a stranger hovered nearby, making me very uncomfortable. Although I eventually bought a watch, the experience was far from pleasant and quite disappointing.
