  The store and items in general were alright but I felt like I wasn’t supposed to be there because all I felt were the employees eyes on me and my mom, although they were nice, it just felt uncomfortable

The store design and displays create such a chic shopping atmosphere that makes browsing a real pleasure. The staff are very professional and attentive, offering great service without being pushy. They were knowledgeable about the clothing collection and happy to help me find the right pieces to suit my style. One thing to note is that this location focuses exclusively on clothing and accessories, unlike some other luxury stores, they don’t carry makeup or beauty products. If you’re expecting to browse or try on cosmetics, that might be a bit disappointing. But if you’re shopping for fashion-forward pieces, this is a fantastic spot with a carefully curated selection of stylish apparel and iconic bags. Overall, the combination of the beautiful store environment, helpful staff, and high-quality clothing makes Saint Laurent a must-visit for anyone looking to elevate their wardrobe.   I am completely turned off from purchasing at any of the Saint Laurent locations because of my experience here. The sales people seem to have this superior attitude as if they are above greeting patrons or to ask if you need assistance. I went to this location because I was interested in purchasing a bag I saw online and wanted to view in person. When I walked in I was not greeted or even acknowledged, so I walked out as quickly as I had walked in. I walked right over to Gucci and they happily greeted me and immediately asked if I needed assistance. That is why Gucci out ranks Saint Laurent in luxury, quality, inclusivity and customer service! I will never recommend this Saint Laurent location at the Domain because of the sales people aloof attitudes.

  I had a great shopping experience. The atmosphere here was a lot less stuffy than Louis Vuitton so I may be making a brand switch permanently.

  Kristian was so nice and provided excellent customer service. If you go here, go to Kristian and he will assist you well. Last time I did not have a good experience with a female employee but Kristian made my experience this time wonderful. I will refer my friends to him.
