  It has been a delightful experience dealing with VCA Austin. That is due to Taylor, Fae and Sunny. First, we went there for Antique Alhambra earrings in Onyx. Taylor was our Sales Advisor. She is very knowledgeable about the VCA creations and it was a pleasure to have her help us. Then my wife decided she wanted the matching 10 motif necklace. That is a very difficult item to find. With only eight days to my wife's birthday the gals swung into action, contacting other VCA boutiques all over the country. For a while it seemed that everyplace that had one sold it the next day of sooner. Finally, success. With two days to go to the birthday the necklace was located and the next day VCA Austin received it. I am confident it never would have happened without Taylor's, Fae's and Sunny's considerable work. I heartily recommend VCA Austin and Taylor in particular. It is easy to see that she loves the VCA creations and her enthusiasm makes for a special experience. She is patient, happy to show other pieces and gives excellent tips on the different ways they can be worn. If you are looking for something extraordinary for someone special, make an appointment with Taylor at VCA Austin. I think you and the other person will be very happy.

  So happy VCA is now in Austin! The beautiful jewelry selection is phenomenal at this boutique and everyone there is so knowledgeable and welcoming. I had the pleasure of working with Sandy and she is just a gem and so helpful, I would definitely recommend her if you’re looking for a personable sales associate to guide you through the wonderful world of VCA. I’ve built a small collection since they’ve opened and just love the craftsmanship and rich history of the brand.
