They refunded her too much money even after showing them the original prices and doing the math, and they would only refund by a mailed check. They also gave her a pair off the display case and they were already scratched. So I went to exchange them out and help them fix their overpayment, to which they replied there’s nothing they could do about either as there’s no manager in the store and they can’t accept returns after they’re damaged. I’ve bought 20+ pairs of sunglasses from Sunglass Hut in the last several years, and I’ll just stick to direct from the manufacturer now.
