  DO NOT purchase shoes from this company!! I purchased 2 pairs of shoes for my grandmothers funeral because I could not decide on which pair I wanted. The rep assured me that I could return the pair I did not want as long as they were not used and I had the receipt. A few days later my husbands debit card was compromised and he was sent a new card. When we went with the new card the rep said they could not put the refund on the new card. UNHEARD OF!! Mind you, the lazy Manager didn't have the guts to come out and the rep kept coming back and forth from the back office to tell me what she said. After I pointed out what the back of the receipt said( returns for debit purchases under $200 will be refunded in cash) they then made the excuse that they had no cash in the register. I even asked if I could have a check sent back to me and was turned down. Their only option was store credit or come back on a different day to see if they had cash in their drawer. Yea, more time and resources made on my part! When I came back the following weekend , the last day I could do the return I had no choice but to do store credit! I am not happy about this and I hope the Manager who clearly does not care about her customers and is on a high horse gets her karma!! Treating customers like this , especially when I just lost the most important person in my life, you won't have your job long!

  So they had a sale here yeasterday. ..and I called and asked if they had anything going on as far as a sale ..the lady said no ...so I purchased on line ...and then I come to mall for something else ....and lo and behold. ..they had a sale here ...not happy. ..going to call management....it's all about order ..and people being informed...I like to spend my money at places who care ....
