    I chose this location and company out of convenience of the service station location. I would seriously check out other options. First of all, the continually scheduled my appointments earlier and earlier every month, in order to squeeze more appointments (7) than necessary into the allotted 6 month period, and now that I have a removal order they tell me it will take 5-7 business days in order for somebody in the Removal Dept to read the letter, extending the rental unnecessarily. Apparently $140/month isn’t enough to hire adequate staff to review paperwork. They know they have a captive customer base and they’ll use every excuse to screw you at every chance they get. This is a perfect business model for an unscrupulous person or people.

    Very rude and not helpful at all. I call to ask a simple question and the gentlemen huffs and puffs like it is so inconvenient. This is not a one time thing but every single time I have had to go there. They seem miserable and act like it's the hardest thing in the world to do their job. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Pretty sure they are not the ones in trouble and stressed but they sure act like it. Anyways they are just very rude and unpleasant but I'm the one who made the mistake so I have to deal with the repercussions.
