Absolutely disastrous experience, the guy was not helpful at all, some racist stuff right there. Everybody was getting a bag after purchase and we had to beg for a bag, anything we ask the only response is no you can’t get that and everybody else is getting the same thing. Teach the staff to be polite and not racist.

Worst experience. I return some meta ai glasses and the sales rep was a little rude because I was making a return. I asked to speak with a supervisor and called another store manager which stated she wasn't able to do anything. So Robyn the sales rep called her manager Bobby which was on his day off and was upset that he was called to which he did not make my return any easier and was rude and short off the back. Now I have to wait 2 to 3 weeks to get my money back, almost $500 and they did not care will not go back to this store they are unprofessional and rude.

I came here to leave an excellent review and happened to see the review below mine. In the picture they posted, I was actually one of the customers included. I remember the conversation you had with the young lady at the register. She explained to both of us that the store couldn’t complete any repairs at the time because their system was down and they weren’t able to order parts. She also asked that we return the following Monday through Friday, when the system would hopefully be back up.
I had an excellent experience at Ray-Ban and highly recommend the store!
I returned the following Monday, and my parts were ordered right away. Now I’m just waiting for the repair to be completed. Sometimes patience is best.
