I'm devastated. I originally bought my gen 2s from Best Buy around the release of them last year. I took them to Ray Bans to get my prescription lenses put in. When I picked them up they told that the optometrist broke the original frames but replaced them with the exact frames that I had. Unfortunately these frames aren't the same. The fit of them are way off, the color is so different, the material is so plastic and cheap, and the sound quality is trash! I've been crying about my downgrade all week. I use to love the way my Gen 2s looked and operated, but the quality of the products at this store is not top tier. I will give them 2 stars because the original visit with the optometrist was fast and easy. Just call in advance to see if they're currently at the store.

10 out of 10 to Paul D at Ray Ban in the Domain. From the first moment I explained my eyeglass dilemma, I realized he was trying to help. My RayBans were in a bad way and he worked some very special magic. Paul D is a professional, extremely kind and I am truly grateful.

My visit to this Ray-Ban store was memorable just not in a good way. The person who appeared to be the manager couldn’t be bothered to take two steps away from the counter when we asked to see a specific style and simply waved toward an entire wall of sunglasses with, “They’re over there.” Only after we asked about a second pair did she suddenly decide movement was possible. When we politely asked about an online discount, we were met with an eye roll and a dismissive tone before being told it didn’t apply in-store. That answer would’ve been fine the attitude wasn’t. For a premium brand, the service felt lazy, condescending, and unnecessarily rude. If you want help that actually feels like help, you may want to try a different location.
