No one greeted us or provided any assistance when we picked out a pair of sun glasses. The staff were not busy with other customers. Just did not bother to greet or help.

Kaveh helped me with my new lenses for my Cockpit frames. After several failed attempts at another Ray-Ban store, I was finally able to get a pair with the correct PD and the perfect progressives. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and it was because of Kaveh’s knowledge and attention to detail. When I picked them up this afternoon, Paul was also extremely helpful and even fixed another pair of Ray-Bans I had worn into the store. Great store with excellent customer service.

Great place!!
This was our second visit to the Ray-Ban store at The Domain (Austin, TX). Our primary reason for visiting was to have our Meta glasses converted into prescription eyewear, which required detailed information. Kaveh was there to greet us with a warm smile and demonstrated impressive knowledge, patiently addressing all of our questions and concerns. His assistance made the process seamless and enjoyable. We left the store feeling delighted with the exceptional service we received. It truly was a pleasure to visit the Ray-Ban store, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Excellent service all around!

There is a lady who works here on weekdays with no customer service skills. I drove half an hour to this store, only to be told that the optometrist is available from 10 AM to 4 PM. It was almost 4 PM at the time, so I was turned away.
The next day, I came back at 3:30 PM, and she told me the optometrist needs at least 45 minutes to take measurements—so once again, I was turned away and couldn’t get my glasses.
She could have easily told me that the day before, and saved me another wasted trip.
On top of it, she was so rude. I don’t know how is she even allowed to work there.
Never coming back.
