  This was my first time at Rag and Bone and I have to say I am extremely disappointed. Absolutely nobody said a word to me! I was in the store for about 5 minutes and not a single employee approached me, I was one of 2 customers in the store I am sure it's not difficult to at least say hello.

  I recently stopped into the rag & bone store near my house to pick up some clothes for my new job, and the entire experience was flawless from start to finish. The store is beautifully organized, the selection is sharp without being overwhelming, and the quality of the pieces is exactly what I was hoping for: polished enough for work but still easy to wear every day. Travis was incredible to work with. He immediately understood the vibe I was going for, pulled options I never would have tried on my own, and gave thoughtful, honest feedback without any pressure. He managed to balance style advice with practicality, which made the whole process fast, efficient, and actually enjoyable. Hannah was equally excellent. She helped with sizing, styling suggestions, and small details that really pulled the outfits together. She was patient, attentive, and clearly knows the product line inside and out. Between the two of them, I walked out with a mini work wardrobe that feels like me, just elevated. I highly recommend this rag & bone location, especially if you can work with Travis and Hannah. They turned what could have been a stressful shopping trip into a genuinely great experience.

  Hannah is wonderful to work with — she’s really friendly, attentive, and has a great eye for what looks good! Every time I shop here, she makes the experience easy and enjoyable. The jeans, shirts, and jackets are all excellent quality, and Hannah makes finding the right pieces effortless!

  I just had my best shopping experience in Austin. For a savvy shopper like me, I was surprised that Anna said she remembered me as a returning customer, they (Anna, Hannah, and a Travis) analyzed my style, learned about my personalities and gave me hints on what I need and why I need the items. Listen to Hannah’s recommendations, she knows how to give you hint in style. Go there if you want to make your shopping experience fun.
