I asked the manager (Donnie) for help and she said that she doesn’t know how. That that’s why SHE pays her employees, and that that’s why she hired them to. Besides her not knowing what do that she can be a little rude. She’s says she’s from New York so it’s okay … Either way , Jacob needs a raise, or should take the leadership position .

The first pair never really fit right, and I wasn’t using them like I thought I would. Connie was so kind and helpful right from the start, and with her manager Jacob’s support, they guided me toward a new pair that works perfectly for my lifestyle. Both of them were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me leave happy. Kudos to them both for the excellent service! The store itself is also fantastic—well laid out, with a great selection of sunglasses, apparel, and even a really cool setup where you can customize your own pair of Oakleys. Sunglasses are definitely an in-person shopping experience for me, and I’m glad this store is here. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.
