  I had an outstanding experience at Austin's Barton Creek Nordstrom’s jewelry department today ! I purchased a watch and needed it adjusted. Despite the employee being the only one working at that department, and mentioning it might take a bit, which was only reasonable, she was incredibly fast - like, super efficient! Not only that, but she went the extra mile with kindness, explaining warranty details, everything before and after. Perfect adjustment, and a perfect example of a star employee. She definitely deserves the praise! A noteworthy aspect of Nordstrom is their commitment to personalized service - not just selling products off the shelf, but adjusting and customizing everything from watches to clothing. This personalized approach not only enhances customer experience, but also supports sustainability.

  Natalia spent about 20 minutes helping me find the perfect bra size - she was extremely friendly & helpful. I’d been wearing the wrong size for years and she helped tremendously. :)

  One of my favorite Nordstrom's in Central Texas! They always have the best selections of both men's and women's clothing. They also have a great skincare and makeup selection -- including my personal favorite La Prairie and Augustine Bader! Shout to out to some of my most favorite client associates -- Violet, Jackie, Tabitha, Neveah, and Lourdes. These women go above and beyond for their clients. I am always blessed when I get to see them and shop with them. Also, the alterations department is just PERFECT!! They have fixed many of my rag & bone jeans and they just turned out well! Come to this Nordstrom! You will not disappointed, especially with great service and the most fabulous skincare!

  I wanted to recommend a special person I meeting on the cosmetics floor. Y’all of you are feeling low about yourself and need a life changing, mood shifting makeover, go see Nancy Bravo on Pat McGraff! I have never had such caring mark up work, she listened, she really listened, and then came up with the most beautiful combination of colors. I am nervous about looking overdone and she transformed me in the most subtle and powerful ways. She also shared a lot about skincare and gave me some tips for a tier, single mama coming back into full work. Honestly, Nancy made my week and I am going to keep going back to her and her brands! If she isn’t around when you go in, ask for her? She is never far away, very committed.
