I had immediately recognized a friendly familiar face in Zoey D., a sales associate who recognized me as a prior customer, now filled with panic. As I was frantically describing my conundrum, she was attentive, calming and scoured through the store to find the size and look I requested referencing my Nordstrom profile. With her help, we were able to obtain a few items to get me through the night and perhaps prepare for the upcoming holiday. The evening was perfect and the stress disappeared, which was a potential catastrophe turned somewhat of a blissful evening. Based on the experience and outcome, I wanted to recognize the amazing customer service minutes before closing and Zoey's assistance and patience helping me put together my look and style which was unfortunately taken earlier in the week. THANK YOU SOOO MUCH Zoey!!!!! I look forward to replacing my suits and wardrobe as time moves on and things settle down
