  One of my absolute favorite lululemon's stores after my move from MALIBU! The service is great and the client associates go above and beyond for their clients. Giving a HUGE shout out to both Johnny and Yasmin! And this lululemon is always stocked with the best most comfortable workout clothes!! Come shop with these wonderful people!

  The assistant manager was absolutely unhelpful. Another location had already confirmed that I would receive a replacement, yet she made it seem like it couldn’t be done anywhere. From the very beginning, she was rude and dismissive, repeatedly using “I am the manager here” as leverage over something that should never have been an issue for a $140 item. She was fully prepared to let me walk out with no solution if I hadn’t mentioned that another location had already agreed to replace the pants—let that marinate. For context, I had owned the item for only two days before it tore. The ABC pants ripped while I was simply walking outside when they caught on a small branch. These pants are literally marketed for everyday movement and walking. I wasn’t hiking, running, or doing anything extreme. I was doing what people do every day: walking. If this doesn’t fall under a quality assurance issue, I genuinely don’t know what does. Which by the way she said it was user error, as if I took these pants to a national park. I also told her that if this wasn’t resolved, these would be the last ABC pants I’d ever buy, given how I was treated and how much I had to stand my ground just to get help. Her response, verbatim, was: “Well, maybe lululemon isn’t for you.” That is completely unacceptable. When I asked for her name so I could provide accurate feedback, she told me she was not required to give it. That is baffling—how is meaningful feedback supposed to be given if the individual responsible for the experience can’t be identified? I’ve had great experiences with other employees at this location before, which makes this interaction even more shocking and disappointing. I can promise that replacing these pants are not going to bankrupt this massive company, let alone put a dent.

  Worst customer service. Exchanged a pair of leggings gifted to my daughter, same style but smaller size and shorter inseam. Cashier refused to honor the price on the gift receipt for an equal exchange and charged me the $15 difference. The leggings were purchased within 7 days from the La Cantera location.

  I absolutely love this store! Everybody here is so great and super helpful especially Ashley always great conversations when I go to this store she’s super fast to help anybody Litteraly have nothing bad to say about anybody in this store they are all so sweet and kind and are quick on there feet to help somebody I’ve had some trouble w some define jackets and everybody has been a big help with helping me find anything I need or want I don’t understand the bad comments because I’ve only had good experiences here and I come a lot lol
