- AMAngela MontecinosFeb 16, 20261.0I was so excited to stop by and get my 25% off after finishing the Austin half marathon. I went before the race and was handed this flyer that says 14th-16th. I stopped by on the 16th and an employee told me that the discount ended yesterday and I was no longer able to receive my 25% off. I guess it’s no one‘s fault, but it is a little bit disappointing, and if it was going to end the day of the race, they should’ve advertised that and double checked the flyers they handed out.

Today, Dec 26th 2025, my mom and I went in to the W 6th and Lamar location and of the five or six employees inside, not a single person greeted us. I had to seek out someone for a fitting room and we were not checked on or helped out once even when obviously struggling with colors/sizing. Both my mom and I felt not only unwelcome but like an inconvenience. We still made our purchases despite considering going online instead. In our family we only ever leave good reviews but unfortunately that changes today. We are extremely disappointed with how we were treated today. Lulu we encourage you to do better.
