  I am extremely disappointed with our experience at the Louis Vuitton - The Domain location. My husband wanted to surprise me with a Speedy 30 for Valentine’s Day. Before driving all the way from Hays County to The Domain, he called to confirm they had one in stock. He was told they did. However, when he arrived he was informed they never had one available. While he was there, another sales associate overheard the conversation and told the associate that was assisting him that they actually had one in the back on HOLD (??) for someone who had not returned and instructed them to go ahead and sell it to my husband. Unfortunately, things only got worse from there. My husband believed he was purchasing a Speedy 30, but he was actually sold a Speedy 35 instead. This was a significant oversight, especially given the price point and the fact that he specifically requested the 30. When he attempted to exchange it within the 30-day window, he was told again that there were no Speedy 30s in stock and that in-store personnel were unable to place an online order for one. At that point, he requested a refund. He then was told they could not issue the refund because it was a cash purchase and the store did not have enough cash on hand to reimburse him. The sales associate asked him to return the following day because they should have enough cash then. My husband was handling all of this during his lunch break and had already made another long commute to The Domain and being asked to make yet another trip was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. The manager then offered to assist by making an exception to process the refund the same day. However, my husband was informed that he would need to wait approximately an hour for the regional manager to return from their lunch break, which had just begun in order to approve it. Ultimately, he had to proceed with the refund and I ended up ordering the correct Speedy 30 online myself. From inaccurate inventory information, to selling the wrong item, to the inability to efficiently process a refund, this entire experience was unacceptable. We expected a much higher level of professionalism, organization, and customer service from a luxury brand. Although we’ve made several purchases from this location in the past, this experience did not meet those expectations. We hope this feedback will be taken seriously and help improve the experience for future customers.

  Rocio did an amazing job today and truly went above and beyond while helping me with my sunglasses. She also took the time to assist me with other products in the store and made my birthday shopping experience feel extra special.   My wife recently had an excellent experience at the Louis Vuitton store at The Domain in Austin, and she couldn’t stop talking about the outstanding customer service she received. From the moment she walked into the store, she felt welcomed by the elegant atmosphere and attentive staff, which made the entire visit feel elevated and enjoyable. Her experience was especially memorable thanks to Jackie, the sales associate who assisted her. Jackie was extremely friendly, personable, and had such a warm, positive attitude from the start. She immediately made my wife feel comfortable and valued, taking the time to understand exactly what she was looking for while providing thoughtful recommendations along the way. Her professionalism and genuine enthusiasm created a relaxed and enjoyable shopping experience without any pressure. Jackie’s product knowledge was impressive, and she patiently answered every question while guiding my wife through different options. She was attentive to every detail and consistently checked in to make sure my wife was happy and confident with her choice. It was clear that she truly cares about delivering a high level of service and creating meaningful interactions with customers. Because of Jackie’s attentiveness and wonderful personality, the entire purchase process was quick and easy. What could have been an overwhelming decision turned into a smooth and enjoyable experience, and my wife left the store feeling excited and completely satisfied with her purchase. The store itself is beautifully designed, clean, and well organized, offering the polished luxury environment you expect from Louis Vuitton. However, it was Jackie’s exceptional service that truly made the visit stand out and created such a positive impression. If you’re visiting the Louis Vuitton store at The Domain, I highly recommend asking for Jackie. Her friendly demeanor, professionalism, and dedication to outstanding customer service made all the difference in my wife’s experience, and we will definitely be returning in the future.

  What happened to world class service? I personally own 6 Louis Vuitton‘s. I will never Make a purchase at The Louis Vuitton in Austin, Texas. Big mistake!! I was extremely disappointed after being at the Louis Vuitton at the domain in Austin, Texas. First of all, I walked around for 5 minutes and no one came up to me and asked if I needed any assistance.
