  I just wanted to share how great our experience was at the Louis Vuitton store at The Domain in Austin. The manager and team were incredibly welcoming—offering champagne and coffee was such a nice touch. The sales associate who helped us was very kind, knowledgeable, and made the process easy and enjoyable. We truly appreciated the excellent service. Thank you for such a lovely experience. We look forward to visiting again.

  I went there to purchase The Neverful turtle dove bag. Omg! When the salesman pulls out the bag I inspect the interior. It had long hairs in it. He show me 2 other bag and they look used or liked the we’re returns. I don’t want to purchase a used bag from the boutique. In that case I buy it on fashionphile or eBay. Loui boutiques should Not sale used or return bag period. In matter of facts should be No return policy. Sales Final. For this matter.

  What an horrible way to treat customers. quite disappointed. I visited with my mother who wanted to purchase a bag. First there was no one there who helped us for the first 10 minutes. We were just looking around and someone said that we shouldn't be directly looking at the purses and said she would show them to us but left us to serve another customer. We walked around for another 10 -15 minutes and asked someone for a price of a bag. He, very reluctantly told us the price of one and said he is in the middle of helping someone and left us. If we are spending thousands of dollars, the least you would expect, when busy, is for someone to at least let us know that they will be with us shortly. I am never going back to this store again. My mom was quite disappointed with this as well. I felt like they categorized us as window shoppers and no one stepped forward to help us. Such a cheap behavior for such an "Elite" store. Very very disappointing. I hope I can find another store to get a purse for my mom and myself, but never going back to this store. Not recommending this store to anyone else.
