  Liz was superb!! I went in there to return some bras my husband had bought as a gift for me for christmas. I had no idea what I was doing or what I wanted, so I was completely overwhelmed to the point of having an anxiety attack. Liz was able to calm me down and pick out the exact thing that I needed. It was a quick and painless experience contrary to what my expectations were and I'm extremely grateful for Liz and all of her help. The only weird thing was that she kept pushing me to get a credit card and I didn't want one. She said it wasn't a hard check on credit but later after I looked it up, it does state that is a HARD PULL on your credit! That is the exact thing that I did not want! So maybe someone was misinformed when they gave her the information because I would like to hope that she didn't purposely lie to me. Needless to say that I was approved for the credit card, which already knew I would be but I really did not want that credit card. Oh well, it did give me $30 off of my final bill of sale.

  If you are trying to decide whether to go to Torrid next door vs. Lane Bryant, look no further. Go to Lane Bryant. I walked in the store, and an employee greeted me right away with 'Welcome to Lane Bryant." The only reason this store isn't receiving 5 stars is because normally when I walk in this location, they will not only yell "Welcome" from the cash register, an employee will approach you and ask you if they can help find anything in particular and continue to walk with you to physically show you where their jeggings are, etc. However, when I went to the register with some items to try on, someone came over right away and offered to set me up with a dressing room. I like how they ask for my name and write my name on the door so it's easy to get to once I'm ready to try on clothes. When I decided to purchase a few items, the shining "5 star" employee at this store is Theresa. You can tell she loves to help people and is in the right job doing customer service. She immediately noticed my leopard coat, complimented me, and mentioned she has one as well (I bought it at Lane Bryant 2 months ago.) She looked up a price for a sleepwear item to confirm the discount, found my profile no problem, and told me I had $20 in rewards. So I was able to purchase 4 items at Lane Bryant for a total of $98 with the discount vs. TWO items at Torrid for $120 where I received horrible customer service. Store management - please take note - Theresa deserves a raise! I will continue to shop at this store location thanks to her, the overall great customer service at the store, more affordable prices, and especially when interacting with such wonderful employees like Theresa. Thanks, Lane Bryant!
