  We had the best experience working with Elijah. He spent so much time with us, patiently showing us many different watches and answering every question without ever rushing us. He is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely friendly. You can tell he really cares about his customers. Hands down the best in-store experience we’ve had - highly recommend asking for Elijah.

  Jen. And Rafa. Absolute seasonal legends. Full stop. I came in fully prepared for the “holiday backlog, see you in a couple of weeks.” Instead, Jen took charge like a professional holiday miracle worker, and—with the clutch assist from Rafa—got my watch upgraded and turned around at lightning speed. Against all odds. During the holidays. Iconic behavior. This wasn’t customer service. This was Die Hard–level heroism. Jen was John McClain in Nakatomi Tower, barefoot, determined, and absolutely not letting Christmas be ruined. Rafa was the perfectly timed backup—precision, expertise, and teamwork that deserves its own slow-motion montage. They didn’t just fix my watch.
They saved Christmas.
(Or at least my wrist—but still.) If you want efficiency, skill, kindness, and a team that treats your problem like a personal mission, ask for Jen and Rafa. I will be telling this story every December like it’s holiday lore. Yippee-ki-yay, five stars.
