  Elijah is always a pleasure to work with. Makes my wife and I feel very comfortable and treated with respect without pressure to buy anything. Takes the time to get to know you and what you like which enables him to quickly curate things to try on. Overall an enjoyable experience every time we go.

  My experience with Korman was amazing—special shout out to Tiffany! There was a very specific watch I wanted to purchase for my fiancé to give him on our wedding day, and I had been searching for it in stores all across the country. The second Korman got one in, Tiffany personally texted me so I could buy it right away. It’s going to be such a special wedding gift, and my fiancé is going to be so surprised and excited. I truly can’t thank Tiffany and Korman enough for their incredible customer service and for helping make this moment so meaningful. Highly recommend!

  I am still floating on air! I just walked out of Korman Austin with my very first Rolex Datejust, and I couldn't wait even five minutes to share how incredible this experience was. If you are looking for a timepiece, do yourself a favor and ask for Claire. Seriously, she is the absolute gold standard of service. From the second I walked in, Claire made me feel like the most important person in the room. I’ll admit, trying to determine what will be your first or next Rolex can feel a little intimidating, but she immediately put me at ease with her warmth and genuine excitement. It didn’t feel like a transaction; it felt like I was celebrating a milestone with a friend who happens to be a world-class expert. The entire team at Korman provides a luxury atmosphere that is sophisticated yet welcoming, but Claire truly went above and beyond to make this a 5-star memory. I’m officially a customer for life!
