  Exceptional Experience at Korman – Andrew is a Gem! I’ve recently become a customer of Korman, and my most recent visit has once again reminded me why I keep coming back. My sales representative, Andrew, is simply outstanding. His knowledge is encyclopedic – whether it’s guiding me through the servicing and restoration process for my existing pieces, explaining the intricacies of watch movements, or helping me design a custom setting using CAD rendering for my wife’s ring – but what truly sets him apart is how much he genuinely cares. You can tell he listens closely and wants you to walk away with pieces that perfectly celebrate life’s milestones, not just make a sale. The selection at Korman is breathtaking: from classic diamond studs to unique earrings and stunning timepieces, there’s something for every taste and occasion. The staff throughout the store are warm, attentive, and never pushy, and the location couldn’t be more convenient. Thanks to Andrew’s expertise and thoughtful recommendations, I’ve added several cherished pieces recently (beautiful everyday earrings, a new watch I adore, and the start of a custom ring project I’m beyond excited about). Every interaction leaves me feeling valued and confident in my choices.   After doing some window shopping at local family owned jewelers I decided on Korman both for their customer service and level of care. Ended up purchasing multiple pieces here and eventually an engagement ring and would absolutely recommend them to be your local Austin jeweler. We worked with Gabriella throughout the process and she was professional, personable and knowledgeable during the wring buying process. Highly suggest considering them when making important purchases!

  This is the 3rd Korman location I've gone to, and there's a reason! They have always been so helpful with all of my watch needs in the past. Now, I made a much different purchase at their new beautiful location: an engagement ring! Eric and Claire could not have been more helpful. They held our hand throughout there process, and were always quick to answer questions and educate us. They were able to source multiple diamonds from different states to make sure that we found the perfect one, and we did thanks to them!! Korman is top of the line with being able to view renderings of your ring as you design your setting with them. They always kept us up to date, and we never were wondering what was happening because they were so communicative. I couldn't recommend Korman enough. And when you go in, be sure to ask for Eric and Claire:)

  Expert knowledge and my daughter and I both were treated like the only people in the building. Tiffany and Elijah are absolutely amazing. Not only did I already get most of my Christmas shopping done, but an upcoming birthday is in the works as well. The selection shown to me just based on small talk and conversations of preference was spot on. I couldn't leave empty handed. Thank you for an easy, relaxing and very enjoyable experience. My shopping here is far from done.

  Scott Carpenter provided exceptional service from the start, immediately answering the phone, unlike the other authorized dealer. He was highly attentive during the visit, showing me several desired watches before helping me discover the perfect 36mm DateJust with a champagne dial, diamond accents, and a Jubilee stainless steel/gold band. His commitment to customer care continued even after the purchase with excellent follow-up. A fantastic experience thanks to Scott and the entire staff.
