Late to start, the room is tiny, the poses were awkward, no countdown,one photo has partial of the face was cut off, props not available for infant, not all backgrounds were available and the cost was pricey. Only two shots taken per pose. The photographer kept saying we were running of time so it was rushed. Also, we were told that any online coupons have to be mentioned at check in not when we were paying, Which we were not asked due to associate being busy helping others.

They were quoting me twice the the ticket price on jewelry, even though the ticket clearly showed the price. I checked online on JCPenney and the ticket price was correct, so I just ordered it online. So weird you all don't know your specials, tried to tell me I had to come back black Friday to get the special.

Then the photographer was clearly inexperienced in working with kids because her angles were all off. Then she chose unnecessary photos like a picture of a cupcake or balloon and wasted 3 photos in our package. Find another location. This one will waste your time and money.
