They were quoting me twice the the ticket price on jewelry, even though the ticket clearly showed the price. I checked online on JCPenney and the ticket price was correct, so I just ordered it online. So weird you all don't know your specials, tried to tell me I had to come back black Friday to get the special.

Then the photographer was clearly inexperienced in working with kids because her angles were all off. Then she chose unnecessary photos like a picture of a cupcake or balloon and wasted 3 photos in our package. Find another location. This one will waste your time and money.

Customer in front of me made the same comment. These things didn't make for a pleasant shopping experience. Furthermore, as I was leaving there was discussion of staff just missing a shoplifter. Nice location, but likely understaffed. I hope things are resolved the next time I visit.
