The management on staff is not attentive to customers and part of the companies downfall. I was a loyal customer with Rewards and a JC Penney credit card. Not anymore. My account has been paid in full and will be closed. I will not be shopping here anymore.

- JQJoAnna QuirozDec 6, 20255.0Ashley at southpark meadows location did an amazing job she did my make up and my brows and did an amazing job got some great stuff on there last day of 20% off sale today she did the absolute best today and her coworker and her are just the sweetest ladys I've meet i had to hold back tears after she did my make up so I didnt ruin it I believe she deserves a raise for her hard work and dedication I felt more beautiful then I have in years and my husband absolutely loved it as well thank you Ashley again as well for being such a hard worker and caring human being she even made my babies feel more then welcome when we were shopping and that is everything such an amazing worker I hope you have a great holiday and thank you again jcpenney for hiring someone with so much heart.
