Finally after 3 minutes she looked up. Usually Jcpenny cashiers asks if I am a reward member but this girl didn’t talk at all. Horrible customer service. Word of advice Get off the phone and get to work.

Two women kept eyeing me and asked if I was going to take any of them. I explained I was just setting them aside to decide between three options. One of them then asked what I was looking for, and I said she likes gold and silver. The woman looked at me as if I was about to steal, and a stranger hovered nearby, making me very uncomfortable. Although I eventually bought a watch, the experience was far from pleasant and quite disappointing.
