Tried to return a pair of white sneakers I’d worn all of five minutes and she refused because bottoms had some dirt. They were white rubber soles. I said I could clean them off and bring them back and the woman rudely told me no because it would be hard to get the dirt off the seams. *She actually seemed to take some sick glee in saying no. * That’s what I get for buying shoes from this place. I got my money back at a different location. Woman said it was obvious they hadn’t been worn.

She said the receipt was past the 30 day limit so she wouldn’t exchange or return them even though it was clearly a manufacturer defect that the stitching come undone after just a couple times wearing them. Buy a lot of clothes from J Crew so it was disappointing how poor this service was.
