This was the first time my son enjoyed shopping for clothes. Nick is so awesome! He always helps me pick outfits from fun to professional and even helped me pick a dress to wear to the White House. Rebecca helped us checkout. Everyone is attentive ,kind and helpful. This is one of the few stores that still give great customer service. I love shopping at J. Crew Factory Store and am so glad it is in my neighborhood. I will be shopping there a lot!

They man and women sang behind the counter, failed to greet us and hollered something upon our exit. It was quite frankly jarring and we were going to try some things on and it deterred us from doing so. Unprofessional and uncomfortable situation. Would not recommend. Would never return.
