The staff is very kind and knows their stuff! I went in after grabbing a bundt cake next door, just to check it out. They were extremely helpful and even started a fitting room for me while I looked around.

Nick and Sara helped my son with back to school shopping. They were patient and taught my son how to wear the clothes and pair pieces together. This was the first time my son enjoyed shopping for clothes.
Nick is so awesome! He always helps me pick outfits from fun to professional and even helped me pick a dress to wear to the White House. Rebecca helped us checkout. Everyone is attentive ,kind and helpful. This is one of the few stores that still give great customer service. I love shopping at J. Crew Factory Store and am so glad it is in my neighborhood. I will be shopping there a lot!

One of the guys working there today at 5 pm was unfriendly - couldn’t be bothered to greet when I came in. I put a closed drink down while shopping around and he put it behind the counter while I was in the fitting room without telling me. The other guy working there threw it out. I asked if he did and he said, “yes I did! You probably don’t want it now.” I was one of only three people in the store shopping at the time. It’s not like this happened in a packed Macy’s or during a rush. Nobody was in there. The first guy could have told me he put it up at the counter. And he should have told the second guy that a shopper left his drink at the front and to give it to him when he asked for it. The second guy didn’t need to throw it out (even though he claimed it was a “hazardous” drink because it was a fermented kombucha that could explode …. So you threw it in an open trash can? It had a closed top!). And instead of saying he made a mistake or didn’t know that it was mine and I was still in the store, he just said he threw it out and didn’t really care that there was a miscommunication. Why couldn’t either of them just communicated about it instead of throwing it out? Would it have been that awful to just let me know that it was behind the counter? On a side note, the jeans I bought here recently ripped down the middle when I bent down the other day- which is why I came in to buy new ones. Expensive prices even at factory price for cheap clothes.
