- CWCaitlyn WhiteDec 6, 20252.0I came in here today to buy a “fine jewelry” ring to add to my wedding stack, and while I found a beautiful ring, the experience was very subpar. I tried on several rings, and when I decided on one, the employee just had me purchase the one that I tried on (along with god knows how many other people). It’s pretty customary for jewelry that when you try on a ring worth over $500, they pack you up a new one- not the display! I left with it on my finger, and was not given a bag, box, or receipt for it. The employee did ask if I wanted a “pouch” for it, which I gladly accepted, but I’m so mad about this experience. I have half a mind to go back and rerun it. If I had known I’d be buying the display ring, I never would have made the purchase.
