- MKMahesh Kumar2 days ago1.0I had a very upsetting experience at this Express in Austin. An employee loudly accused me of ‘destroying’ the clothes while I was simply checking sizes on shirts that were not on hangers, which was humiliating and unnecessary. I felt inappropriately harassed and embarrassed in front of other shoppers. The manager did apologize and said I was allowed to touch items, but this behavior is not acceptable and I hope management takes appropriate action so no other customer is treated this way. I also urge the store to put sample items on hangers or display them more clearly, because if everything is folded on shelves, customers have no way to shop without touching the clothes, if your employees are frustrated by customers simply looking through items, they should not be working in customer-facing roles. I would also like this complaint to be escalated to Express corporate so they are aware of how customers are being treated at this location.
- MBMari Bee2 days ago1.0I had a very unpleasant experience with Stephanie tonight. I returned several items, all unused and all with tags attached. Instead of handling the return professionally, she took an accusatory tone and told me multiple times that she “couldn’t find the tag on the dress,” even after I explained twice the tag should be on the dress. It was unused. I never remove the tags. When she eventually found the tag and realized she was mistaken, she snapped at me as soon as I pointed it out and then walked away. It was extremely unprofessional and completely unnecessary. I didn’t even purchase anything else because of how uncomfortable the interaction was. I won’t be returning to this location.

This is the type of person you need to represent your establishment. I walked in stressed and in a rush, needing a complete outfit, and Otho made everything effortless. The level of professionalism, taste, and efficiency genuinely saved my day. If you need someone who can pull a full look together with real skill, ask for Otho.
- KTK TSep 28, 20251.0Had a bad experience at this store today. I arrived a little bit before closing time, but was still offered a dressing room. The lady helped me get it set up. However, a couple of minutes later, someone outside the dressing room told me that they were going to close the register now. I shouldn’t have been offered a dressing room in the first place if they weren’t going to wait a few minutes. I was going to buy a few items. Store lost a customer today.
