Our go-to location in Kyle recently closed so we decided to give this store a shot. BIG MISTAKE. My family placed a delivery order online to surprise me for my birthday. It is now two days after the confirmed delivery date and we have received nothing. No delivery and no communication from the store. The cherry on top - several of us have tried calling the store for the past two days, but the phone number says “this store is closed” during normal business hours and then hangs up. Do not order from this store.

I got nervous and I called many times, different times a day, and no one ever answered the phone, also the order arrived before the online tracking said it was for delivery. And I ordered what looked like a big flower bouquet with a red bucket, and what I got, the presentation was very different. Saying all this, it was very well done, strawberries were fresh and very delicious, we all really loved it and enjoyed it

The day came, and no surprise arrived. What is the point of ordering a gift ahead of time and not receive it when one is supposed to receive it. Never Again will I order from this company, this is the second time they do this. Never again I say.
