⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Edible Arrangements located at 501 Pressler Street, Unit 500, Austin, TX 78703. The service was excellent. Courtney and Kayla were very friendly, professional, and had very efficient service. The store was clean, well organized, and welcoming. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Definitely check this location out if you’re in the area!

I am shocked. We did 6 orders submitted 10 days ago, promised next day delivery, so we thought we had plenty of time, but kept getting calls to push for delays for one order at atime but non were delivered; they got lost through the shuffle. Now it's too late, and we're left scrambling on what to do since deliveries failed and there is not much time. Not dependable, they seemed under-staffed and inexperienced, unfortunately for the Austin location, as we have good experience in other Cities/ locations. Canceled and waiting for a refund asap so we can find other last-minute solutions that will cost us a lot more.

tried them twice. Both times they failed to deliver (despite charging a delivery fee), citing late fruit deliveries as the reason why the item must be delivered on a different day. can't get ahold of them when calling. Strongly recommend staying away from this location.

CONSUMER WARNING: Just use UberEats or Amazon of you're trying to get a delivery SAME DAY. Don't let this company ruin your special occasion. Made my order at 9:30am it never updated on the website, called the store and the store never even began to "craft order" until I called at 12:45pm. Just got my refund because it seems like all the other reviews are right, very unreliable delivery. Unfortunate, because I read a few reviews and still made the choice to engage in business...but never again. Awaiting refund

This store is incredibly unreliable, and this last time is the last straw. Ordered morning of Nov 17 for same day delivery for a time sensitive special occasion, paid extra, pre-paid $15 tip. Got busy and didn't notice until the evening that I never got delivery confirmation :( Called the store early next morning, got voicemail, then got busy with work. Received email confirmation of delivery at 4pm the next day (was supposed to be delivered day before!) but oh well, disappointing but at least it got there a day late. WRONG! It was never actually delivered. Recipient works from home, has cameras, nothing and no one ever came, no neighbors saw anything. I called for a week and a half at all hours and every time voicemail saying the store is closed. I went by the store during business hours - door locked, no one there. No sign. (see photo). Finally called corporate today and they say they will give me a refund... not good enough! 2 weeks of this BS and my recipient still doesn't have a gift! This is not the first time I've had problems with this store either. Last time the order got delivered a day late, and the recipient did not receive the custom card I paid extra for, or any note about who it came from at all. This is not the first time they have gone MIA either. Never again. Other stores in town everything has always been fine, don't know what the problem is with this one. Order at your own peril; I won't be from this store ever again.
