What a horrible experience!!!!! I ordered a 116.00 fruit gift basket for my daughters birthday on February 18th. Her birthday was February 19th and I wanted it delivered to her job. The next morning I find out that they canceled the order because wait for it, they sold out of all the baskets on Valentines Day...keep in mind this was a birthday basket. I then was told that things happen and she is trying to make customers happy but no one is satisfied. I then told her that maybe you should put yourself in our shoes, and then you would understand. I then told her if it wasn't for customers you would not have a job. Also I told her if you knew you all were out of baskets you should have updated the website before people spend their hard earned money. This was a huge blow to surprising my daughter for her birthday. I usually order her a cake from nothing bundt cakes, but she was on a diet so I decided to go with a fruit basket. This was my first time using this company and it will be the last time. On top of all of this, they only refunded me 106.00 and did not refund the driver tip of 10.00. I will be calling about this, but now they won't answer the phone. What a huge disappointment!! I ended up just send her some money through cash app. Do better as a business people!!!!!!!

How do I leave a zero for this atrocious store? All the negative reviews are real. Stay away from this store. Ordered a whole day ahead and expected a delivery for our wedding anniversary. I called the store 7 times to check on the “status” but no one picked up. The corporate line is also a joke and they owe me my money and my time. Stay away and let this business shrivel away. Pathetic store.

These were ordered for Valentine’s Day morning delivery and didn’t arrive until mid-day on February 15th. I completely understand that Valentine’s Day is one of the busiest days of the year and delays can happen, but there was no communication whatsoever about the delivery being pushed to the next day. What’s harder to overlook is the quality. Several of the strawberries were visibly moldy and clearly not fresh. Regardless of how busy a holiday is, food safety and basic quality standards shouldn’t slip, especially for a gift meant to celebrate a special occasion. Attempts to contact the store have gone unanswered, which has made the situation even more frustrating. I would strongly recommend not ordering from this location.

I placed a Valentine’s Day order three days ahead of the holiday. This order never arrived and the online status continues to state they’re still creating the order online. I tried to contact this location various ways and they do not answer their phone, email, or anything else. If you’re seeking peace of mind for an order that you placed, you won’t receive it from this location. I urge you to go anywhere else besides here because this place is not managed properly.

Spent 200$ on stuff and order got canceled 7 hours later and ruined Valentine’s Day. Every time I try to call the store to get a refund it gives me a different number on google, and no one will answer. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
