I was in a rush to keep things under wraps, and Jaalah was super welcoming and efficient from the moment I walked in. She was extremely knowledgeable about the different styles, and it was a huge bonus that she was actually wearing the same model I was looking at, so she gave me a great 'insider scoop' and nuanced insights that helped me feel confident in my choice. Plus, she was kind enough to laugh at my dumb jokes, which made the whole trip pleasant instead of stressful. I like how they let you pick out a bonus pair of laces, to compliment the new purchase. They are clearly doing something right at this location. I’ll definitely be back. Edit: Well what do you know- I went back in the evening as unfortunately the shoes didn’t fit- we knew that was a potential outcome with this particular model. David was working and provided the same awesome customer service I had experienced earlier in the day. We had to try like 10 different pairs before we found the right one. David was a calm, patient, and an eager consultant, providing his input whenever we needed him and never seemed stressed or annoyed, given all the different pairs we asked him to track down. When we found the right one, he even gave us a candle upon checking out. My girlfriend and I really felt like he went above and beyond and was just a nice person. He also said for the return item, don’t worry if we can’t locate/ bring back the extra pair of laces from earlier in the day, just the shoes will do. Thankful to Jaalah, David, and Dolce Vita for a pleasant shopping experience amidst the Domain Christmas shopping madness!
