People who earn less than I do have absolutely no right to judge me — not even with a look. That kind of attitude is unacceptable in retail. There was zero professionalism, no respect, and no basic customer service. I will never shop here again and I do not recommend this place to anyone who values respectful treatment.

The worst part is that the sales associate who sold me the item kept bothering me with unnecessary phone calls and text messages after the purchase, which felt intrusive and unprofessional. For the amount of money I was ready to spend, I should not be treated like trash. This level of service is unacceptable for a luxury brand. I am extremely disappointed and will never return to this store again. I’d much rather order online…
