Compared to Arlington your shoe selection is horrible and no one is ever working in your shades display area. I walked the entire store this past visit and I noticed your sales associates would rather past time on their phones then help me. Your table ware your assoc was on the phone. The assoc in your Ralph Lauren selection assoc on the phone and so on and do forth. No one would greet me or ask if I needed help. I was there on Friday 2/13/2026 at 1230p.
