- AQAdriana QuintanillaJan 28, 20261.0I couldn’t agree more with most of the reviews here. The staff at this location (Barton creek) were rude and didn’t want to help. I had placed an online order said it would be ready in 2 hrs. I showed up at the store and waited after being told they couldn’t find my order and it wasn’t ready. I asked how so if the email said it would be ready in 2 hrs (at the time it had been more than 2 hr mark). After waiting there at the store the girl said she was able to find my order. I asked to get a fitting room to try them on while I was there and the guy told me to follow him to the fitting room. He was rude and seemed to have no manners. I hate having to leave these kind of reviews, but think they should re-consider the kind of employees they hire. At the end of the day they are CUSTOMER SERVICE. Sad to say and see the younger generations being so disrespectful , inconsiderate and have no customer service. I will not be returning to this location.

They were talking very vulgarly about a coworker! Acting like school children!! Very disgusted in the cruel words this man spoke about her. And I don’t even know her

I ended up putting the boots I was gonna buy and walked out. Probably never going to go back there either, the staff were outright horrible.
