It seemed like they were already closing the store an hour earlier before closing on 8/14 and when my sister and I walked in they had the biggest attitude and made us feel unwelcomed. They didn’t even greet us and were complaining out loud to each other.

The employee and the manager act like, "Yeah big deal." Nothing like..."Oh my gosh I'm so sorry. That must have been frustrating." No they just acted like "whatever!" Then say, "Have a great day," which they don't mean. I will never spend another dollar at AE.
