  I went with my friends recently, and a short manager with dark curly hair was acting disgusting towards her colleagues in front of the store. Left a bad taste in my mouth and I feel sorry for all the other alo employees :(

  One of the managers, jay I think, is extremely short and rude. I heard her speaking to other employees in an unacceptable and unprofessional way as well. It’s absolutely shocking.

  I bought a shirt here on my birthday, tried it on but never wore it. Ended up returning it, and the manager wouldn’t accept it in its “condition”. She was very rude saying “the type of people who shop at alo don’t accept clothes that look like that” insinuating I’m not a regular alo customer based on my looks (meanwhile I have been a regular customer since 2019) I asked her what options I had she said you can try to return online and they accepted the shirt within 5 days and refunded me completely. It’s a shame Alo has a manager mis-representing their brand. I still love Alo’s clothes and will continue to be a customer, just not at this store as long as she still works there.

  What a horribly run store. I couldn’t open the front door when I walked in. One of employees laughed at me. How rude. Like at least you can be nice and help. Another employee wouldn’t help me find a jacket , just wanted me to look. The only employee who helped me was the cashier and she was nice.

  Big fan of Alo not a fan of this location. Everyone was nice enough, but I felt like I was doing the work for a few of the employees. I asked for different sizes on a couple of items, they never returned and I decided I would just order online but found it hanging up. Then she finally saw me on the floor and came up to me and said they don’t have the size I asked for…I had it literally in my hand. The other piece I saw on a mannequin and checked the size. It was the one I asked for. So I ended up taking it off the mannequin. Another employee had come up to me when I first walked in looking at a piece telling me they owned it and loved it so much but when they were checking me out, they said I was convincing them they needed to buy it. Lol. I get it’s a sales tactic but I was in there maybe 30 min and it wasn’t busy at all. Definitely don’t plan on shopping here again, online shopping it is!
