  I had a great experience shopping here. Angel helped me put together an outfit and gave thoughtful suggestions that made everything look really put together. He also helped me find recovery sneakers to match, which was the perfect touch. Super helpful, attentive, and made the whole experience enjoyable!!!

  Made a purchase and they accredited it to someone’s email, this was my first time ever in an Alo. My girlfriend went to return it and they gave the store credit to a random email of someone named Kate. This is suspicious behavior considering you earn points for purchases and receive the money from the return. Waiting for a resolution from them

  I went into Alo just to browse and had no intention of buying anything, but Angel completely changed that experience for me. Angel took the time to genuinely listen to what I was looking for and recommended a shirt, a pair of leggings, and some shoes that ended up being the best recommendations I have ever received while shopping. Everything fit perfectly and felt amazing, and I walked out with pieces I absolutely love. The service Angel provided was so genuine, welcoming, and thoughtful that it truly stood out. Because of this experience, I now love Alo and will continue coming back, not only for the quality of the store but for the incredible customer service Angel gave me. Angel made the store feel elevated, personal, and memorable, and I honestly love this place now because of that interaction.

  The atmosphere at this Alo location felt uncomfortable and tense. Employees appeared stressed and on edge, which made the environment unpleasant overall. I learned the employee’s name was Jay because she introduced herself when offering help. Later, I observed her interacting with another employee, and the way she handled a simple question came across as dismissive and condescending, using phrases like “like I said” rather than explaining calmly. When a manager was requested, Jay stated that she was the manager, but her response felt defensive and accusatory. From an outside perspective, the interaction felt unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness. I’ve had much better experiences at the Alo location at The Domain, which feels far more welcoming and better run. This location would benefit from new management, as the current leadership does not reflect the standards associated with the brand.

  On my Girlfriends account but my name is michael mendoza and my In store experience i was shopping with some friends when I was leaving I was accused of shoplifting I didn't have anything when I asked what I had she didn't want to tell me I then asked what her name was and also her boss name she told me she wasn't gonna give it to me for me to look it up on the internet she called me out infront of whole store I was embarrassed and this might have ruined my friendship with the friends I was with because they now think I was shoplifting and they are mad at me because they brought me along with them also I feel very uncomfortable becuz she told me she had pictures of me and that sounded to me like she was taking pictures of me in her personal phone that is not right i made a complaint and they have not gotten back to me they don't care about there customers or making things right it's ok tho my legal team will bring them to justice
