- JPJessica Parra5 days ago2.0I was greeted by a sweet lady when I first walked in and she kindly introduced me to Alo's new collection which I greatly appreciated. I picked up a super cute black skirt and wanted to try it on, but the girl that gave me a fitting room was not very friendly, I did not love the skirt and handed it back to her and asked if there was something similar I could see but she was already telling me to "have a nice day" in a very cold manner. She did show me another skirt, unfortunately still not exactly what I was looking for but she was not very willing to help me out. Again, she told me to "have a nice day" with a forced smile and walked away.

Young staff are forced to work nearly 12-hour shifts without proper breaks, and they are reprimanded in front of customers in a humiliating way. I do not recommend supporting this business until management takes serious action and hires people who lead with respect and professionalism.
