    I had a very disappointing experience with one of the managers at the register. From the start, she was extremely rude and dismissive. She wouldn’t speak to me directly and instead had another employee answer the questions I was asking her directly , even though I was standing right there. I came in to exchange an online order that didn’t fit, but she charged me extra for what should have been a simple exchange. I was then told to wait for the new order to arrive in the mail and come back so they could refund the difference. When I returned, I had to deal with the same manager again — she is shorter in height, has brassy blonde hair, visible tattoos, and she’s chubby working at the register. She was again rude and unhelpful, and refused my refund multiple times with unreasonable excuses even tho she was the one that told me to comeback for them to refund me for the difference . It took almost an hour and me having to explain the process (mind you she is a manager )before the refund was finally completed — which is particularly disappointing considering she is in a management role. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and stressful, and I would not recommend visiting this location based on how I was treated.

    Customer service is extremely poor. I walked in, already knowing what I was looking for. I asked for help, and the young lady stood there and didn’t help at all. It took someone else to come help me. Lots of employees but very few people willing to help.

    I visited Alo on December 6th and purchased a two-piece set for $287, with the tags still attached. When I tried to return it on December 11th, five days later, I was told that without a receipt, I needed to contact customer service. I stood at the counter for 10 mins on hold on for them to Unfortunately, tell me customer service couldn’t locate my order number, and the front desk had mistakenly entered my name as “Taylor” instead of “Sarah,” which prevented them from matching the sale. The front desk staff was extremely rude and unhelpful, and the manager didn’t provide any assistance either. The only helpful person one girl at the front who searched the day of the sale who was a kinder staff member, but overall, the experience was terrible. I will not be shopping at Alo again and will warn my friends as well. They absolutely didn’t care to help at all and now they lost a loyal customer. I own two businesses with tons of women clients and I’ll be sure to tell them all about the poor service I received. Due to the incompetence of the front who checked me out I was now forced to have a bad experience. ZERO accountability. For such a “high level brand they need to make the customer service the same high end service. 0/10.
