I took in a piece that had unfortunately, fully my fault, been chewed up by my puppy, and they were able to find me a replacement piece. The customer service has always been above and beyond. Not even just this instance, but every single time I go to this store, the employees are interactive and friendly and provide the best experience. Whether I’m buying a $40 set or a $200+ set, or in this case asking for help without spending any money, they have interacted with me and shared their excitement for our shared hobby. I love this store and will always go out of my way to buy my sets directly from LEGO, simply because of this store and its employees. I wish I had gotten their names tonight but I was just so excited and grateful for their help I didn’t stop to ask. Thank you again ❤️

You can visit our store to see if your missing piece is available to buy from Pick-A-Brick wall. Or, request a free replacement piece to be shipped straight to your door by visiting LEGO.com and navigating to 'Help' and then 'Replacement Parts'.

Can I buy individual bricks?
If you want to buy individual pieces to build something unique, check out our Pick-a-Brick wall! Each store has something different, and the bricks change all the time! We hope you’ll stop by soon to see what’s new!

While we don’t have an exact date for when sets will be available again, you can search for a set at LEGO.com and sign up for in-stock notification emails to be one of the first to know!

Can I return a LEGO set I ordered online to a LEGO Store?
If the total value of the unopened set is under $200, you can return your unopened LEGO set to any of our LEGO Brand Retail stores with your original shipping confirmation email or receipt dated within 90 days, and we'll give you a full refund in form of store credit or a gift card. If your unopened set is over $200, simply return your unopened LEGO set to the address listed on your packing slip.
