  Garbage these strawberries did not have any decoration on them no white lines no black lines no nothing and they were all scattered in the box. The tops look like crap. It look like a two-year-old dipped them and threw them in a box. I just spent over $100 For some cupcakes that looked dishevelled in a box of strawberries that were just thrown together in a box I expect Customer service to do something about this. There’s so many bad reviews. It’s time somebody does something about this. It’s not fair. We spend good money and edible arrangements is not cheap and we get shady service. Your head office will be hearing from me.

  I ordered 2 Easter arrangements on March 25 to be delivered Sat April 4 to my daughters. One in Chicago and one in Austin. The store in Chicago delivered a beautiful arrangement on the correct day. We received notification that it was delivered and my daughter also received delivery notice. My daughter in Austin never received anything nor did we receive any kind of notification except for the order confirmation. As the store was closed on Easter Sunday, I called Monday. I was told that their "3rd party deliverer" had cancelled so they had called my daughter "multiple times" to see if she could pick it up. She had checked her phone throughout the day waiting for the delivery and had no missed calls. When I explained that, they then said that they had called multiple people that day so she really couldn't say if they had actually called her or not. But anyone they couldn't reach, they cancelled the order and would get a refund. There was no notification whatsoever. We would not have even known what happened if I hadn't called. I also had my credit card info available and explained that there was no refund. She said it would take 7-10 days. It only took a minute to charge for the order that they never delivered but it will take 7-10 days to get a refund! There was no apology or any acknowledgment whatsoever that this was terrible customer service or company policy. I would never use this location!! We have ordered from Edible Arrangements many times in Chicago, NJ, DE and have never before had a problem. But I will now be very hesitant to ever use this company again. Corporate needs to take a serious look at how this location is run. This seems to be a very common issue there.

  Very happy with this location. I ordered this for my aunt on the birthday of her daughter, my little cousin who passed from cancer when she was 5 years old. She also shares the birthday with our grandmother who is also no longer with us. So can be a very tough day in our family.. had to call early in the morning because I clicked out and did not have the tracking information. Everyone who handled the order from the first phone call was absolutely amazing! You all did an amazing job, and we are so grateful.The lady who delivered it was awesome and amazing. She handled everything with care and professionalism. Absolutely perfect way to bring love & a special treat for any occasion. God bless you All! Thank you!!

  I can’t recommend this place enough. Whether you’re picking up flowers, a sweet treat, or a thoughtful gift, it’s always my go-to for quality finds at great prices. The staff is also incredibly kind and helpful, which makes the experience even better.

  Not sure what’s going on but after calling and being sent to voicemail on two separate occasions I decided to try my luck and drive to the store (the only one left in Austin), because the online options only show delivery but I wanted to pick up and bring a bouquet in person. The hours said they close at 3, I showed up a little after 2 and the doors were locked, lights out no one there. It doesn’t look like they have anything to pick up if you walk in, all the cases were empty.
