Every single time they greet you with a smile, remember your name, and treat you with the utmost respect and courtesy. I want to commend Clinton, he showed extreme poise and professionalism, while dealing with a difficult situation with a guest who was upset at another guest. His ability to remain calm and professional and continue with a repair request simultaneously was truly remarkable. I can’t thank this location and Clinton enough for all that you do and continue to do every day. This is a great team here and I look forward to continuing to do business at this location. I 100% highly recommend!

The service is always top notch and they always have whatever you want in stock, or can order it for you to be picked up at the boutique very easily. Working with Melissa has been a dream! I added a new gorgeous 7 mm cable bracelet(with the 24kt gold) to my collection with blue topaz, and I am so glad I worked with her. Such a kind soul. Everyone that works there is so sweet too. Go to Yurman and work with Melissa or any other associate! They are all fabulous!
