  First time visiting a Bonobos store. What a pleasant experience. Ted was extremely helpful, engaging and all the while placed no pressure on a reluctant shopper. We will be back.

  Recently moved to Austin for a new job and wanted to refresh my wardrobe, so I finally checked out Bonobos. I stopped in during SXSW and had an awesome experience working with Ted. He was attentive, patient, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for while I tried on different styles. His recommendations encouraged me to try some new looks! Highly recommend stopping by and getting styled by Ted if you’re in Austin. Appreciate all the help!

  Danny did a great job of helping me find the right fit for the shirts I needed. The one bummer for me is that the store itself (and I guess maybe Bonobos brick and mortars) is based on online ordering. So you walk in, get fitted, and online order. If you have an instant need, this might not be for you.

  I had one of those nightmare travel moments—my suitcase didn’t make it to Austin right before SXSW, and I had a packed schedule meeting astronauts and some of the world’s top scientists. Not exactly the time you want to be improvising your wardrobe. Enter Danny. From the moment we connected, Danny brought a calm, grounded energy that immediately put me at ease. He didn’t just help me find clothes—he really listened, understood the context, and dialed into exactly how I wanted to show up. Within a short time, he pulled together outfits that felt completely aligned: sharp, thoughtful, and elevated without trying too hard. What stood out most was how intuitive Danny is. He balanced style with presence—making sure everything fit well, looked great, and felt authentic to me. I walked into SXSW feeling confident, put-together, and fully ready for the caliber of conversations I was stepping into. Honestly, what could have been a stressful situation turned into a great experience because of him. If you ever need someone who can think on their feet, understand your vibe, and deliver under pressure—Danny is your person.

  Stumbled into this store initially looking for some shoes while on vacation. We were greeted by Ted who was so welcoming and engaging that my wife and I ended up having a mini fashion montage and left purchasing 24 items. The kicker though was that all of the clothing was shipped to my address back home and arrived within the week. Overall exceptional service while in the store and everything that arrived was as promised. Thanks again!
