  Please DO NOT trust that your order will be safe at this location. I placed an order for pick up in the evening with the intention of picking up the following day. I wake up to an email that my order has been marked as “picked up”. I called ae customer service to cancel the rest of my order. Honestly I should have gone in and made a complaint about the rest of my order, but I can’t waste my breath on people who can’t do a simple job or steal from the workplace.

  Stood in line while one girl was actually working. 4 others were standing around chit chatting about somebody’s DUI. The only time the opened up another check out, was for a girl who was apparently off that day to come in a buy something, then closed the register right back up. Then instead of checking me out, she told me to go get checked out at Aerie…..so you’re paying employees to do absolutely nothing, but stand around. I was 16 once and well when we worked…we actually worked. Definitely won’t be back. I remember when American Eagle was the place to shop….this was so disappointing.

  I couldn’t agree more with most of the reviews here. The staff at this location (Barton creek) were rude and didn’t want to help. I had placed an online order said it would be ready in 2 hrs. I showed up at the store and waited after being told they couldn’t find my order and it wasn’t ready. I asked how so if the email said it would be ready in 2 hrs (at the time it had been more than 2 hr mark). After waiting there at the store the girl said she was able to find my order. I asked to get a fitting room to try them on while I was there and the guy told me to follow him to the fitting room. He was rude and seemed to have no manners. I hate having to leave these kind of reviews, but think they should re-consider the kind of employees they hire. At the end of the day they are CUSTOMER SERVICE. Sad to say and see the younger generations being so disrespectful , inconsiderate and have no customer service. I will not be returning to this location.

  I loved the store, it was pricey, however the employees were GOSSIPING by the front door. It was an older white man and a few teenage girls. They were talking very vulgarly about a coworker! Acting like school children!! Very disgusted in the cruel words this man spoke about her. And I don’t even know her
