  I made an online purchase, and the email I received stated that I could pick it up before 8:00 PM. When I arrived at the location, however, they refused to assist me, claiming that they now supposedly close at 7:00 PM. I stood outside right in front of the door, but the employees just looked at me with disdain; I showed them the email, yet they still refused to serve me, I drove 45 minutes to this location; I will never make a purchase here again

  Alo is a great brand! This store is not. Workers are condescending if you have the audacity to ask them a question and don’t reference the exact obscure name they arbitrarily gave the product, even if you give a description and literally pull it up online! Go to literally any other location

  I’ve always worn Lululemon leggings but decided to give Alo a try for my birthday. Unfortunately the experience was disappointing from the start — the store didn’t feel very welcoming. I found a pair of leggings I liked and brought them to the register. The price tag said $110, but when I was being checked out I noticed I was being charged $130. It’s not a huge difference, but when the price was higher than what was listed, I mentioned it to the associate. Her response was very dismissive. She said “that’s the price of tax in Texas.” I told her I live here and sales tax definitely isn’t over 20%. She scoffed and didn’t seem interested in looking into it or helping resolve the discrepancy. At that point I asked to return the leggings and said I wouldn’t be purchasing them. While processing the return she told me that whatever price is in their system is the price, regardless of what the tag says. I told her I didn’t want to continue the conversation and would just like the return. Honestly, the whole interaction really threw off the start of my birthday and put me in a bad mood, which was disappointing since I was excited to treat myself. After that I went right over to Lululemon and had excellent service. Safe to say I won’t be going back to Alo
