  Sometimes staff nice, sometimes rude…which is a bummer because I love the clothes. The store opens late sometimes too; I’ve stood outside waiting to come in and been given the “hold on finger” and it opened at least 10 minutes later than it was supposed to.

  make sure to never lose your receipt! Never gone to a store my entire life that can’t exchange sizes or do store credit without a receipt.

  Just had to return something there and they told me I had to have proof of receipt. I knew I never got a physical receipt. They told me I had to call corporate. Luckily I called corporate and it Turns out they sent the receipt to my email with a typo. The store never apologized and handled it very poorly, making me feel like I was the problem when really it was their mistake. Luckily corporate helped track down my order after waiting on the phone with them for 30 minutes. Terrible store service. They could’ve helped me call or at least apologized for the mistake.

  Horrible I order a $274.00 usd jacket and they sent me the wrong size. The quality is sooooo cheap
