  I had a very frustrating experience trying to purchase a firearm here. My background check was delayed and stayed that way for 30 days. I understand the process can take time, but when I politely asked what I could do to help move things along, the staff’s response was unexpectedly rude and dismissive. One employee in particular seemed irritated by my questions and didn’t provide helpful guidance. The paperwork I was given didn’t include the necessary information to follow up with the FBI, which only added to the confusion. Overall, the interaction felt unprofessional and unhelpful. I left feeling like my concerns weren’t taken seriously, which made the whole situation even more frustrating.

  Store fully stocked and great sale prices. Be a smart shopper and get real value from the experience. Plenty of parking. Great customer service.

  Gilda was amazing; she gave us a great customer service experience. It has been a long time since I've had that kind of experience at a retail store. She definitely went above and beyond.
