  The manager Sharee or Cherie however you spell it is VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I had a simple question about an item I wanted to purchase and she walked away from me while asking questions for clarification. If management is allowed to treat paying customers this way I will not be back ever!!

  The Goodwill on Little Road is one of my favorite places to shop. The bargains are incredible, but it’s truly the staff that keeps me coming back—especially Robin. Robin is one of the kindest people I’ve ever encountered. She is always friendly, welcoming, and wearing a genuine smile. She treats every customer with patience, kindness, and respect, going above and beyond to make everyone feel valued. Having worked in customer service for over 25 years, I know the difference between simply doing the job and truly serving people—and Robin exemplifies the very best of what customer service should be. I always look forward to her warm greetings and positive energy whenever I visit. She truly makes every shopping experience at the Little Road Goodwill enjoyable. Thank you, Robin, for your kindness, your smile, and your outstanding customer service. You make a difference in people’s day, and it does not go unnoticed.   Octavia (I hope I'm getting her name right!) is delightful. Wonderful attitude & extremely positive/professional - a breath of fresh air. All of the other staff members I've encountered have been very pleasant as well. This is a great location to visit. I've never found it to be messy or disorganized unless perhaps they're in the middle of pulling old items and/or stocking the store. I will continue to visit. :)
