It is an incredible statement piece and I have gotten more compliments on my dang mug than I have about the rest of my expensive outfit lol! I love that they are a very long standing company (I have seen this shop every year since I was a little girl!) and they back their products entirely! "Include your name, address, phone number, email address, and $10 cash, check, or money order for return shipping. Ship it to 125 E. Front St, Arlington, TX 76011. We will repair your mug at no additional cost and send it back within 2-3 weeks." That is an absolute delight! But this thing is so sturdy and durable, I Doubt I will ever need to use this service tbh. Wonderful cup from a wonderful shop and a terrific souvenir. Should have bought this years ago!
