- CSCindy SlaterOct 16, 20251.0Horrible, horrible customer service!! I will never ever use them again. I had reservations when I left my repairs because of the clerks attitude but I gave her grace. They never called to let me know the repair was complete. When I went to pick it up she was just as rude as my first visit. For a small business to succeed customer service has to be 5 star. They are actually a 0 star. On the flip side, the repair was good!
- MMMarianAug 16, 20255.0I stopped in with my sister because she had purchased some t-shirts online for my nephew. Immediately walking into the store we were greeted by staff. I’m sad I don’t remember all the names but multiple employees were talking to us. Nicole rang us up at the register. She was very interactive and social. I even asked one employee where she got her glasses from, and we just engaged in conversation. She even asked if I could try them on for a better visual but I had my contacts in so it wouldn’t have help! Haha. I appreciated the gesture. I’m honestly not too big on Vans brand but after this experience that changed my mind. I was browsing their clearance rack and got two crop tops myself! Tried them on and couldn’t resist on buying them. My 1st official Vans purchase! YAY!!!! Thanks Vans in the Parks Mall!
