- KKkristineFeb 26, 20261.0terrible! please avoid them. customer service is anything but helpful. they also installed a faulty device on my vehicle and it’s been an absolute nightmare to deal with. been stranded and locked out of my vehicle three times now because of it. they promised an overnight shipment of a new device to be installed the next day but it actually took four days for them to receive it and another few days to even schedule the appointment to get the new one installed.
