- SMshannon MillerDec 20, 20252.0Wow! I've never felt so ostracized by workers in a store in my life. Walked in and 3 workers were at the front but did not speak or offer assistance. My sister had to ask for assistance. 2 of the workers looked over and just went back to talking. One did start speaking. Since we were in the store we continued to patronize and buy things. Once we were heading to checkout, the workers decided to migrate to the other door. No one was at the registers. Luckily for us Natalie and Annise arose for the dressing room to offer assistance and check us out. They immediately asked if we were having a good day and if we needed help with anything else. They even pointed out other things in the store for us to peruse. We did ask to speak with a manager and to our surprise, she was one of the workers that didn't speak or offer assistance. Carol and Taylor have no customer service efforts. So glad Natalie and Annise made it a better experience.

I wish I could remember the woman's name, she was so gentle and patient with my Mom and I in the dressing room, as I tried on a selection of styles and sizes. She was knowledgeable and honest, I even hugged her on the way out! The manager honored the online sale price for me, as it was full price in store. Thank you both for your hospitality, professionalism and good nature. I'll be back!
