Definitely had some great new items with tags that I bought that were like sixty four bucks.I bought it for like twenty bucks. I definitely recommend going here

I stood at the register for 10 minutes 3 minutes in another customer saw me and told an employee there was someone there, she went to the back of the store and I can assume talked to someone. Another 5 minutes has passed and I go up to her and she follows me up and talks over the loud speaker and asked someone to come out. She then rings me up and as I’m paying a woman comes out and says something like “oh so and so isn’t out here?”, then a younger man with long blonde hair comes out and is clearly the person who’s supposed to be paying attention. The woman who rung me up when it was clearly not her job was great. But the woman and man who came out of the back of the store, who I didn’t see at all while I was there were both like “eh, who cares”. I only bought part of what I grabbed because in my opinion it was over priced for the leave of service.
I watched two other people (one with a full shopping cart who talked to the woman in the first place) leave because no one was as ringing us up. Had I not found something I genuinely wanted I wouldn’t have bought anything.

Absolutely horrible customer service! They would not let me return items on the 14th day despite that goodwill having a 14 day return policy and the original receipt from that store clearly stating within 14 days. The manager was condescending and acted like I was stupid for wanting to return something within the policy for store credit. The prices have been getting higher and higher with the service and item quality getting lower and lower. The prices are outrageous especially with the service received. I do not like making a fuss about things and if the manager had been nice about the situation, I probably would have brushed it off especially because it was only $5.49 item. However the condescension and unwillingness to help was unacceptable. She admitted that it was the 14th day and when I said that it was within 14 days she agreed but said that it needed to be returned on the 13th day. That would make it a 13 day policy. Looking at goodwill policy it clearly states that items can be returned on the 14th day. I was confused and she said that she’s the manager so it didn’t matter if it was the 14th day or not, I wouldn’t be able to return it. I have had bad experiences before at this Goodwill but I have finally given up trying to make excuses for this establishment, their prices, and their service.
